Nursery
Diane Canova provides loving, professional care for our youngest children (babies to 3 years old) in the downstairs nursery from 9 am until 12 noon.
Pre-Kindergarten & Kindergarten
(ages 3-5):
Exploring the Bible through music, arts and stories from the above mentioned themes, Kathy Doramus will provide leadership in the classroom room above the nursery.
First Grade & Second Grade
Jen Duffie and Kristi Hines will co-teach this delightful group of 6-7 year olds. The 1-2 class meets in the north classroom above the nursery.
Third Fourth and Fifth Grades
Meeting in room 26, upstairs off the patio hallway, Chuck Duffie and Kris Whyte will share leadership for this enthusiastic group of students.
Workshop Rotation Model
Kindergarten through 5th graders participate in this alternative Sunday School experience that focuses
on a topic discovered through cooking, art, music and story. Beginning in May, this model
culminates with the Children's Worship Service in June.
Middle School Youth Grades 6-8 meet in the room up the east balcony sanctuary stairs. A team of teachers including, Dena Gilbert, Michael and Mike Wolfsen, Sara Davis and Janet Ober will provide leadership.

Senior High Youth
Grades 9-12 meet in the youth room downstairs, under the west end of the gym. Leadership and study themes will be provided by Eric and Shanta Bishop, Janet Ober and Sara Davis.
Friendship Class
9:15 – 10:20 AM Social Hall
Meets in the Social Hall at the end of the patio, adjacent to the kitchen. All ages are welcome.
A Study of Islam:
Its Impact on Politics and International Relations
During February the Friendship Class will study Islam in its multiple facets and consider how these impact politics and international relations. The focus will be on the two largest groups, the Sunnis and the Shias, but other important denominations with a political impact, such as the Alawites in Syria, will also be discussed. This is the opening chapter of Friendship Class's intention to look at all of the world's major religions and ideological systems.
Fireside Conversations
9:00 - 10:20 AM Fireside Room
An informal group sharing their faith journey in a conversational setting. Yvonne Davis and Dot Hess are planning Fireside Conversations beginning in November. If you'd like to hear and participate in a discussion or topic, please contact either of them with your suggestions. You may know of someone you'd like to hear, or a topic you'd like discussed. They are soliciting both presenters (5 - 10 minutes followed by discussion) and ideas for topics. Don't be shy!
Coffee & Current Events
This group meets on the patio every Sunday for casual conversation and fellowship.
Electives
From time to time, an elective is offered on a subject of interest to the congregation or a specific
church member. Past electives have included Understanding Mental Illness, Faith and the Environment,
Parenting Teens and Sharing Our Faith With Our Children.
